The position of Head/Executive Chef at Nepali Kitchen in Shanghai, China, is a challenging and exciting opportunity. We are seeking to hire an aspiring creative talent who can work closely with the owners to create and execute an exciting menu (Traditional Nepali) from the ground up. The candidate should be able to take charge of the position from its inception. They should be capable of creating and presenting food and beverages that are exceptionally fresh in both taste and appearance. The candidate must also be able to work closely with the owners on costing and all other necessary aspects of the restaurant business.
